We are looking for: Machine Operators
We are looking for Machine Operators who are working or have worked in medium/heavy manufacturing in cable manufacturing plant. Must be accustomed to working 12 hour rotating shifts and available to work overtime.
Overview:
Machine operators are responsible for the following instructions and established safety requirements for operating the equipment used in the various stages of the cable manufacturing process. Operators must meet productivity requirements and create products that meet quality standards.

Compensation:
- Hourly cost: Starts at $22.99 with premiums progressing to $33.80 with premiums
- The pension plan with the company matches up to 6%

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Experience working in manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Proficient math and English skills
- Must be able to demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Must be able to work on schedule as needed.
Working environment:
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Frequent walking, standing, squatting and reaching required
