About this opportunity

Coke Canada bottling bulk drivers are responsible for delivering pre-ordered products to assigned accounts. This is a remote role and requires nights. This is a short term role and all driving is based locally.

Responsibilities

• Shift: AM, PM or Overnight
• Deliver pre-ordered products to customers along assigned route using Coke Canada bottling fleet truck
• Check the accuracy and stability of the truck load
• Follow all Coke Canada bottling and store procedures regarding equipment and safety
• Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Repeatedly lift, carry and place product (weighing up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance – most of the way to offload product to customer location.
• Moving product to customer location as required
• Ability to push and pull manual and powered equipment (i.e. pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) carrying product loads at least 100 yards without assistance
• Collect company property
• Follow all Coke Canada bottling and store procedures regarding backroom, display floor, replenishment, equipment and safety
• Maintain professional relationships with colleagues and customers

Qualifications

• Commercial license with Air (Class 1 or AZ) with no major violations in the last three (3) years
• One (1) plus year of commercial driving experience
• One to three years of general work experience
• Local delivery experience is preferred
• Ability to repeatedly lift, carry and place product (weighing up to 50lbs or 22kgs) above shoulder height without assistance
