What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm and a positive attitude to what they do. Someone who has a deep passion for listening and genuinely wants to help everyone they connect with. This role is fast-paced and the environment is ever-changing. You will be challenged to ask the right questions to unlock appropriate solutions when recommending our products and services to our customers. You will encourage collaboration across your team and other departments in efforts to help us operate efficiently and provide world-class customer service.
what do you do
Our customers come first and they inspire everything we do. As part of our team, you will provide world-class customer service by connecting with our customers, analyzing their needs and providing customized solutions. You will receive ongoing training and development to ensure you have all the skills necessary to navigate through our systems to find solutions and/or products that best suit our customers. We are there when our customers need us so you have the ability to work a flexible schedule. You will talk to different people across Canada.
who are you
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer interaction in a professional role, either face-to-face or over the phone
- Expert in communication and listening
- A good knowledge of English is essential as this role requires regular communication in English with customers and/or team members in other provinces.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Navigate multiple computer systems
- Multitasking
We have a remote-friendly culture. In this role, you will work from home permanently until you are done, including but not limited to our requirements, including but not limited to a quiet workspace and required internet bandwidth.
