Position summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative based in our Brampton location reporting to a Customer Service Manager. This role provides direct professional contact services to our key customers on a wide range of sales and service issues to optimize both sales and customer satisfaction and align with our business goals.

A day in the life of a customer service representative
As a customer service representative you will:

• • Ensure flawless execution daily and utilize all strategic sales tools to maximize each order
  • Work in partnership with the customer to understand their business and KPIs, identify opportunities and deliver business solutions to meet their changing needs (order cycle optimization and logistics trade term compliance)
  • Act as the customer’s point person throughout the cash process and drive the customer’s agenda in team meetings.
  • Resolve problems and issues that arise in the day-to-day processing and management of customer orders.
  • Maximize GLOBE functionality and best practices
  • Arrange pickup and delivery of stock transfers approved by sales.
  • Regularly review all aspects of the customer order cycle and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Ensure effective and timely escalation of conditions beyond the normal tolerance levels set out in the Terms & Conditions document.

The experience and/or educational qualifications you have already developed in a business-related field will give you the background you need to properly serve our customers. You also:

• • Have a university or college degree in a business-related field (such as supply chain or business administration) or equivalent education and experience.
    Ideally have some call center experience
  • Must be able to demonstrate professional and concise communication with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Must be approachable, pragmatic and able to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Have intermediate knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
