Security Guard Position

Choose protection services Looking to hire Security Guards to work in Downtown Condominiums (Front Desk).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent front desk customer service skills
• Report writing
• Access control
• Monitoring of CCTV cameras and card access systems
• Patrolling the exterior and interior of the premises
• We respond to fire alarms or other site emergencies.
• Supervise contractors
• Monitor move-ins and move-outs
• Enforce property rules and regulations, including site post orders
• Good organizational skills, good decision making ability, punctuality, friendly, good ability to deal with stressful situations, good observation skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• A team player

Qualifications

• Experience is an asset. We train
• A valid Ontario security guard license is a must!

Hours: 24 – 44 hours per week

Salary: $16.00 to $17.00 an hour
